With our confidence in the quality of our products, SOLCO PYROELEC offers extended product warranty program. This warranty is only valid for products purchased and installed within Korea, United Kingdom and Russia countries on or after November 1st, 2014.

2 YEAR Product Warranty
A two(2) year limited warranty is available on the following products:
LBSC-1000, LBSM200, LBSM300, LBMM100 components of associated accessories.
FBJH-SR, FBJH-GR heating jacket and associated components.
5 YEAR Product Warranty
A five(5) year limited warranty is available on the following products:
IPSR, HSR, MSR, XSR, SmSR, IcSR, IcSR(e), HWS-R, HWS-P, SHC, FHC, FHC2C, Freezecheck, SafeWat heating cables and associated components and accessories.
10 YEAR Product Warranty
A ten(10) year limited warranty is available on the following products:
VSR, FBL, FBX self-regulating heating cables and associated accessories.
PYEX-AE, HACC series components for heating cable termination
To benefit from this product warranty, the customer must complete and retain the installation, inspection or commissioning record(s) provided with installation manual. Also the customer complete warranty registration form and fax it to SOLCO PYROELEC within thirty (30) days from the installation. Otherwise only standard terms and conditions apply.
