Freeze Protec
In cold weathers, pipework transporting water or various chemicals needs to be heat traced to prevent from freezing or bursting. Thermal insulation itself is not capable of stopping them from loosing heat. For instance, 25mm bore pipe at 5℃ even with 25mm thick insulation will reach sub-zero within a hour in an ambient temperature of -10 ℃. Steam tracing was not a viable option, either. It caused major inconveniences like corrosion, condensation and steam leakage. Electric heat tracing with self-regulating heating cable having a low power output is the most convenient, efficient and reliable solution.
Temp maintenance / industrial plant

Instrument Temp maintenance

Icicle Prevention / Bridge
In winter, the snow sitting on the top of the tall buildings such as bridge and roof melts by sun beam or by the reflected heat from the metallic part. And the part of molten snow flows back into the shaded and cold part of the building to freeze itself again and become a dangerous icicle hanging in height. It can be a potential danger to the pedestrian and cars passing under the bridge or near the roof. Explosion Proof Electrical Equipment
Explosion proof products must be able to contain any explosion originating within its housing and prevent sparks from within its housing from igniting vapors, gases, dust, or fibers in the air surrounding it. Therefore, explosion proof, when referring to electrical enclosures, does not mean that it is able to withstand an exterior explosion. Instead, it is the enclosures ability to prevent an internal spark or explosion from causing a much larger blast.
